Select the Email design, upload your listing details or you can enter MLS# and we will get listing details from MLS and design flyer. Once you have placed your order, We will design Flyer and email you the proof for approval same day (If Ordered before 6:00 PM Eastern Time). After approval, it will be emailed on the day you selected

A: To go out-of-state, we require that the listing is suitable for that area. For instance vacation property, investment property.  we reserve the right to reduce the size of an area if we feel agents would object to receiving the E-Flyer.

A: No. Pricing is all outlined in our Email Flyer Pricing.

A: On request, we will email you a Campaign Performance Report that is automatically generated from our system with the delivery of an E-Flyer. This will show the number successfully sent, and the number opened. Send your request through our Contact Us page.

A: Usually yes. Through various certifications that we have earned, we are Whitelisted with most of the major email carriers and spam-blockers. This allows us directly into the inbox with our images enabled. Sometimes an individual’s computer settings will prevent us from getting to the inbox and this is, of course, beyond our control.
A: Yes. Our E-Flyers work on most smart phones.

A: We will ask you to supply the SUBJECT LINE for the E-Flyer when you place your order. It must be relevant to the content of the E-Flyer and cannot be misleading. We reserve the right to make changes we deem necessary.

A: There is a link on every E-Flyer that we send that will allow you unsubscribe from our E-Flyer deliveries.

A: No. We can verify for you that certain agents are on our list — only a few please — but we use our own list. (Most of the agents you want to send to are likely on our list anyway.)

A: Once you have placed your order, We will design E-Flyer and email you the proof same day (If Ordered before 6:00 PM Eastern Time). After approval, it will be emailed on the day you selected and will be deployed in the order received for that date. Orders are sent on a first come first blasted basis. If the calendar does not allow you to select a specific day then you must select the next available day.

A: You can choose the day you would like your Email blast to go out on but not the time of day. Email blasts are sent out on a first come first served basis. We are unable to control what time of day your blast will be sent.

A: Due to internet security regulations, hosted images that arrive in emails do not show up automatically unless the recipient has set their email program to download images automatically. Otherwise, a simple right click on the image or clicking the “download images” command within the email received will display the pictures.

A: Below are some possible reasons

1) Please go back to them and ask them to check in their deleted items folder. The emails come from our company name and email address and not yours so even though it has your email subject line, often times, when asked, the answer is no because they didn’t see an email from you. If they decided not to open the mail after reading the subject line, then they never would have known it was from you.

2) Some agents do prefer not to receive our emails so they unsubscribe. Most often, they have absolutely no recollection of doing so.

3) Our database is updated annually so it is possible that we do not have them yet in our database.

4) Unlikely, but a junk folder could have been triggered by content which was entered. We do give a lot of guidance along the way regarding typing in all caps or using excessive punctuation but sometimes the user enters this content anyway. We have some very powerful tracking in place. Feel free to email us with a few names and email addresses and we would be happy to cross reference and see if we have them in our database (or a different email address), when their mail was delivered and if their email server accepted the email or bounced it back and why.

A: Our delivery system is designed to drip out email addresses very slowly and naturally for optimized delivery. This process takes several hours to complete. It is advised to plan at least 1 day in advance for event advertising. Please keep in mind that we review all orders before they are sent and that our office hours are Mon-Fri 9-5pm eastern time. If the calendar does not allow you to select a specific day then you must select the next available day.
